Refund Policy
Evatrix provides digital access to crypto market intelligence, signal visibility, risk workflow tools, and member-only dashboard features. Because access is digital, refunds are reviewed under clear operational rules.
1. Digital access
Once member access is activated, the user receives immediate access to private platform tools, live market views, and protected member infrastructure.
2. Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed if access was not activated, payment was duplicated, or a technical issue prevented platform access and could not be resolved by support.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not guaranteed for trading losses, market movement, user-side exchange decisions, API configuration mistakes, or dissatisfaction after active use of the member dashboard.
4. Request process
Contact support with your account email, payment reference, and reason for review. Evatrix may request additional verification before making a decision.
5. Processing time
Approved refund reviews are processed manually. Processing time may vary depending on network, payment method, and verification requirements.
